The park is divided into two sections, the Old City and the New City. The Old City is the older section and contains the ruins of the former capital of Ayutthaya. The New City is a modern section built in the late 19th century and contains many of the tourist attractions. The park is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The cost of a ticket to the park is 100 baht. The park is closed on Mondays.
